Update your preferences

You can switch between paper and online statements from Macquarie Online Banking and update your preferences anytime.

Switch from paper to online statements

  1. Hover over your account in the account list
  2. Select I want to
  3. Select View account statements & reports in the menu drop-down
  4. Select Statement preferences on the right-hand side
  5. Select Online from the list of methods to receive your statements
  6. Enter an email address where you want an email notification to be sent 
  7. Read and agree to the terms and conditions
  8. Select Update statement preferences.
