What can I do in the Macquarie Mobile Banking app?

We’re building the business banking functionality for the mobile banking app in stages. The first phase of the app is a view-only experience, which means you can:

  • view account balances
  • view account details and transactions
  • switch between multiple Macquarie ID profiles (like your personal and business profiles)
  • search for accounts and transactions
  • add attachments, categories and notes to specific transactions.

While the app is currently view-only, we’re working hard to build the next phase of the app. We’ll keep you posted as additional features and capabilities become available.

How do I update my favourite accounts?

Your favourite list works the same way as your account list.

  • If you have less than 10 favourite accounts, you’ll see them all on your dashboard when you log in.
  • If you have more than 10 favourite accounts, you’ll see the first 10 accounts (in alphabetical order) on your dashboard then you’ll have to select View all favourites at the bottom of your favourites list to view the rest of them.

To manage your favourites, you will need to login to Macquarie Business Online.

How do I find an account that’s not in my favourites?

If the account you’re looking for isn’t on your dashboard or in your account list, you probably have more than 100 accounts linked to your profile.

If you have more than 100 accounts, you won’t be able to view all your accounts on any one screen in the app. You’ll see the first 10 accounts (in alphabetical order) on your dashboard then you’ll have to select View all accounts at the bottom of your list and use the search functionality at the top of the page to find the account you’re looking for as this expanded account list will only show your first 100 accounts (in alphabetical order).
