You can attach receipts, documents, or images to any transaction in Macquarie Online Banking and the Macquarie Mobile Banking app. These will be stored in a secure vault where only account holders or parties with appropriate permission can view, upload and delete these attachments.

JPG, PNG, PDF, Word or Excel files under 5MB in size can be attached to a transaction.

To attach receipts, documents, or images to transactions in Macquarie Online Banking:
  1. Select your account from the account list
  2. Under Transactions, select a transaction you wish to upload an attachment for
  3. In the Transaction details pane, under the Attachments section, you can either drag and drop a file into the attachments drop box or select the drop box to attach a file from your computer
  4. The attachment will be uploaded automatically.

To attach receipts, documents, or images to transactions in the Macquarie Mobile Banking app:
  1. Select an account from the account list
  2. Select a transaction you wish to add an attachment to
  3. Select Add attachment
  4. Choose a source of where the attachment will come from
  5. Select the attachment
  6. Select Upload.

You can delete these attachments by selecting the delete icon and confirming the deletion.
