JPG, PNG, PDF, Word or Excel files under 5MB in size can be attached to a transaction.
To attach receipts, documents, or images to transactions in Macquarie Online Banking:
- Select your account from the account list
- Under Transactions, select a transaction you wish to upload an attachment for
- In the Transaction details pane, under the Attachments section, you can either drag and drop a file into the attachments drop box or select the drop box to attach a file from your computer
- The attachment will be uploaded automatically.
To attach receipts, documents, or images to transactions in the Macquarie Mobile Banking app:
- Select an account from the account list
- Select a transaction you wish to add an attachment to
- Select Add attachment
- Choose a source of where the attachment will come from
- Select the attachment
- Select Upload.
You can delete these attachments by selecting the delete icon and confirming the deletion.
