If it has been more than six weeks from the date of the debit card transaction, the Mastercard scheme rules may prevent us from providing assistance in resolving the dispute. This is applicable to the following accounts:
  • Macquarie Transaction Account
  • Macquarie offset account.

If you don’t report a disputed transaction promptly or if you don’t provide us with sufficient information, our right to dispute your transaction under the scheme rules may be lost and you may not be able to receive a refund. Please contact us as soon as you become aware of an issue on your account so that we can act quickly for you. Give us a call on 133 174 (or +61 2 8245 4470 if calling from overseas).
