You can manage saved PayIDs via the Macquarie Mobile banking app or Macquarie Online Banking.


Add a PayID

To add a PayID in the Macquarie Mobile Banking app:
  1. Select the icon on the front screen
  2. Select Make a payment
  3. Select one of your accounts (transaction, offset or savings only)
  4. Select Add new payee
  5. Select the PayID tab
  6. Enter PayID (i.e. mobile phone number) and confirm details
  7. Choose whether you’d like to save the PayID to your payee and biller list
  8. Select Use
  9. Enter the amount and add an optional description (including emojis) for the payee, then select Next
  10. Select the edit icon to change the account from which the payment should come
  11. Check all details are correct. Select Pay, then Confirm.

To add a PayID in Macquarie Online Banking:

  1. Hover over the icon from the side menu; or first click on the icon in top left-hand corner to display the side menu
  2. Select Payees & Billers
  3. Select New payee and select PayID in the dropdown
  4. Enter PayID (i.e. mobile phone number) and press tab (or click outside the field) to verify
  5. Confirm the PayID details
  6. Choose whether you’d like to save the payee to your Account or Biller list. Select Save payee/biller or Cancel.

Edit a PayID

To edit a PayID in the Macquarie Mobile Banking app:

  1. Select the icon on the front screen
  2. Select the Make a payment icon
  3. Swipe left on the payee name and select Edit.


To edit a PayID in Macquarie Online Banking:

  1. Hover over the icon from the side menu; or first click on the icon in top left-hand corner to display the side menu
  2. Select Payees and billers
  3. Select the pen icon to update the payee and confirm details
  4. Select Update PayID to save the changes or Cancel.

Delete a PayID

To delete a PayID in the Macquarie Mobile Banking app:

  1. Select the icon on the front screen
  2. Select the Make a payment icon
  3. Swipe left on the payee name and select Edit or Delete.

To delete a PayID in Macquarie Online Banking:

  1. Hover over the icon from the side menu; or first click on the icon in top left-hand corner to display the side menu
  2. Select Payees and billers
  3. Select the bin icon and delete PayID.
