How do I close my Cash Management Account (CMA) or Cash Management Accelerator (Accelerator)?

To close your CMA or Accelerator:

  1. If you're closing your CMA, make sure the linked Accelerator account is also closed
  2. To assist with the process, transfer any remaining funds out of your account
  3. Download and complete the withdrawal form
  4. Return your completed form to us via the details shown on the form.

Do you have an adviser?

If you have an adviser, the most efficient way to close your CMA and Accelerator is to ask your adviser to submit the closure request on your behalf. They can refer to Adviser Help Centre for instructions.
