Why do I need Macquarie Authenticator for some payments?

Larger payments will need to be verified via the Macquarie Authenticator app. Instructions for how to setup the app can be found in our article Set up Macquarie Authenticator.

It’s important to ensure the BSB, account name and account number are correct. Entering incorrect details may mean the wrong account is credited and it may not be possible to recover the funds. We encourage you to always take steps to make sure you know who you are paying.

BPAY® is registered to BPAY Pty Ltd ABN 69 079 137 518.
PayID® is a registered trademark of NPP Australia Limited ABN 68 601 428 737.
