How do I change my credit card PIN?

A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is a four digit security access code that enables you to use your physical card to make purchases and withdrawals at stores and ATMs. You can change your credit card PIN in the Macquarie Mobile Banking app or Macquarie Online Banking. Your new PIN will be active immediately.

To change your credit card PIN in Macquarie Online Banking:

1. Hover over your account in the account list
2. Select I want to
3. Select Update card PIN in the menu drop-down
4. Enter your new PIN
5. We’ll send an SMS secure code to your registered mobile phone number – enter that code when you’re prompted.

Alternatively, you can:

1. Select your account from the account list
2. Select I want to in the banner near your account product name (or account nickname)
3. Select Update card PIN in the menu drop-down
4. Enter your new PIN
5. We’ll send an SMS secure code to your registered mobile phone number – enter that code when you’re prompted

To change your credit card PIN in the Macquarie Mobile Banking app:

1. Select your account from the account list
2. Select the I want to button
3. Select Update card PIN in the menu
4. Enter your new PIN
5. We’ll send an SMS secure code to your mobile – enter that code when you’re prompted.
