- Log in from our home page: If you’re seeing an error that says ‘You are not registered for this service’: you might be trying to log in on the wrong page. Check that you’re logging in via macquarie.com.au and selecting 'Macquarie Online' as the login option.
- Check your Macquarie ID is correct
- Reset your password
- Change or upgrade your internet browser: If you’re seeing ‘A system error has occurred’, it’s possible the login issue could be related to your internet browser. Try using a different browser to log in, or upgrade your current browser to the latest version. Most browsers update automatically, but you can also manually check for updates via your browser’s menu or system preferences.
- Try another device: If you’re having trouble accessing Macquarie Online Banking through a browser on your mobile or tablet, try using a desktop PC or laptop. For mobile or tablet, we recommend using the Macquarie Mobile Banking app.
