How do I log in to Macquarie Online Banking?

To access your account information in Macquarie Online Banking:

  1. On macquarie.com.au select Log in from the top-right corner
  2. Select Macquarie Online
  3. If this is your first log in to Macquarie Online Banking, select New to internet banking? to register with your Macquarie ID and mobile number
  4. Once you've registered, enter your Macquarie ID and password on the log in page. Select Log in.

What if I can’t log in to Macquarie Online Banking?

If you’re having trouble logging in to Macquarie Online Banking, try one or more of these steps:

  1. Log in from our home page: If you’re seeing an error that says ‘You are not registered for this service’: you might be trying to log in on the wrong page. Check that you’re logging in via macquarie.com.au and selecting 'Macquarie Online' as the login option.
  2. Check your Macquarie ID is correct
  3. Reset your password 
  4. Change or upgrade your internet browser: If you’re seeing ‘A system error has occurred’, it’s possible the login issue could be related to your internet browser. Try using a different browser to log in, or upgrade your current browser to the latest version. Most browsers update automatically, but you can also manually check for updates via your browser’s menu or system preferences.
  5. Try another device: If you’re having trouble accessing Macquarie Online Banking through a browser on your mobile or tablet, try using a desktop PC or laptop. For mobile or tablet, we recommend using the Macquarie Mobile Banking app.

How do I log out of Macquarie Online Banking?

Logging out of Macquarie Online Banking at the end of your session will help keep your account secure. 

  1. Select Log out in the right-hand corner of the top menu bar
  2. A log out notification will be displayed on screen.

You’ll also be logged out of your session after a period of inactivity.
