You can adjust your preferences on how you receive your bank account statements in Macquarie Online Banking for the following accounts:
  • Macquarie Cash Management Account
  • Macquarie Home Loan
  • Macquarie Credit Card
  1. Hover over your account in the account list
  2. Select I want to
  3. Select View account statements & reports in the menu drop-down
  4. Select Statement preferences on the right-hand side
  5. Select Online from the list of methods to receive your statements
  6. Enter an email address where you want an email notification to be sent (applicable for Macquarie Home Loan and Macquarie Credit Cards only)
  7. Read and agree to the terms and conditions
  8. Select Update statement preference.

Alternatively, you can:
  1. Select the account from the account list
  2. Select I want to in the banner near your account product name (or account nickname)
  3. Select View account statements & reports in the menu drop-down
  4. Select Statement preferences on the right-hand side
  5. Select Online from the list of methods to receive your statements
  6. Enter an email address where you want an email notification to be sent (applicable for Macquarie Home Loan and Macquarie Credit Cards only)
  7. Read and agree to the terms and conditions
  8. Select Update statement preference.

If you have a Macquarie Transaction Account or Macquarie Savings Account, the only option is paperless.
