- Macquarie Cash Management Account customers can elect to have their hard copy statements mailed to them
- Macquarie Consolidator Cash Account customers can elect to have their hard copy statements mailed to them
- Macquarie Term Deposit customers receive complimentary paper statements as statements are not available online
- Paper statements aren't available for Macquarie Transaction and Savings Accounts.
If you’d like your bank account statements mailed to you:
- Log into Macquarie Online Banking
- Hover over your account in the account list
- Select I want to
- Select View account statements & reports in the menu drop-down
- Ensure that your mailing details are up to date
- Select Statement preferences on the right-hand side
- Select Printed from the dropdown box and select Update statement preferences.
Alternatively, you can:
- Select the account from the account list
- Select I want to in the banner near your account product name (or account nickname)
- Select View account statements & reports in the menu drop-down
- Ensure that your mailing details are up to date
- Select Statement preferences on the right-hand side
