You can download your statements free of charge from Macquarie Online Banking and the Macquarie Mobile Banking app.

If you prefer paper statements:
  • Macquarie Cash Management Account customers can elect to have their hard copy statements mailed to them
  • Macquarie Consolidator Cash Account customers can elect to have their hard copy statements mailed to them
  • Macquarie Term Deposit customers receive complimentary paper statements as statements are not available online
  • Paper statements aren't available for Macquarie Transaction and Savings Accounts.

If you’d like your bank account statements mailed to you:
  1. Log into Macquarie Online Banking
  2. Hover over your account in the account list
  3. Select I want to
  4. Select View account statements & reports in the menu drop-down
  5. Ensure that your mailing details are up to date
  6. Select Statement preferences on the right-hand side
  7. Select Printed from the dropdown box and select Update statement preferences.

Alternatively, you can:
  1. Select the account from the account list
  2. Select I want to in the banner near your account product name (or account nickname)
  3. Select View account statements & reports in the menu drop-down
  4. Ensure that your mailing details are up to date
  5. Select Statement preferences on the right-hand side
  6. Select Printed from the dropdown box and select Update statement preferences.

If you’d like to request that a specific statement be mailed to you, please call us.
