If you’ve been issued a pre-approval, it will be valid for up to 90 days from the date of your application submission.

If at the end of 90 days you haven’t found the car you want to buy, call us on 1800 100 152, 9am to 5pm (Sydney time) Monday to Friday to discuss re-establishing your pre-approval.

If you decide not to go ahead, you don’t need to do anything and you won’t be charged any fees.
