Why did I receive a statement which I haven't asked for?

We’re now issuing a statement of transactions to clients who have certain Finance Leases (e.g. those that are not currently under a novation agreement or externally managed). We’ll issue these statements annually in July.

What information is included in the statement of transactions?

The statement is a record of transactions over the last financial year. This will include all payments, payouts, refunds and dishonours.

Will I be issued a statement of transactions for my other car loans?

If you have multiple Finance Leases with us that aren’t currently managed under a novation agreement or externally managed, you'll receive an annual statement for each contract. If you have a different product and require a statement, please email us at leasingcustomerservice@macquarie.com
