How do I get a refund to an old credit card?

If your Macquarie credit card has been replaced (e.g. due to it being lost, stolen or expired) a refund can still be processed by a merchant to the old card used to make the purchase. This refund may take a little longer to be processed, however it will appear against your replacement card automatically and you won't be required to take any further action. The refund will appear as a credit on your transaction list in your mobile banking app, online, and on your statement.

Can I get a refund if my credit card has been closed?

If your card has been closed and you’re expecting a refund to come back onto this card, please get in touch with one of our consultants using live chat and we can assist.
