What we're delivering in 2025
In our recent webinar, leaders from Macquarie's Wealth Management team discussed what features and enhancements advisers can expect to see from Macquarie Wrap and Adviser Online in 2025. Host Bianca De Melo, State Sales Manager for NSW, was joined by Michelle Weber, Head of Wrap Platform and Adam Hett, Head of Digital Wealth Experience.
Four key take aways for advisers
1. Our commitment: We are committed to the advice industry, and helping you both serve your clients and scale your business. Demand for financial advice is increasing in Australia, and we're ready to support you with the technology, tools and services you need to thrive during this period.
2. Our digital vision: We’re continually improving both Macquarie Wrap and Adviser Online to be an integrated and intuitive experience that enhances your firm’s productivity. Our goal is to create a completely digitised and singular digital experience. That means minimising paper-based interactions as much as possible and transitioning functionality from Wrap Online to the Adviser Online portal.
3. Our focus areas: We’re organised around consistently delivering functionality in the key areas of intuitive experience, advanced reporting, specialist support and administration efficiency. That means users can expect to continue to see improvements and new functionality focused on those key areas. In 2024, one of the key developments was the rollout of live chat, which we’re continuing to enhance, to give you access to the specialist support you need quickly and efficiently.
4. Our appreciation: You have worked closely with us to deliver a range of new features in the last 12 months, including important security measures that help keep your clients’ wealth protected, such as the introduction of Authenticator for adviser-initiated payments. We appreciate your time and the feedback you’ve shared, it’s invaluable to us as we continue to deliver our technology roadmap.
