- Log in to Adviser Online
- Search for your client using the global search bar
- Select your client
- Scroll down to the Client logins tile.
From the Client logins tile, you’ll be able to see the registration status of both the Macquarie Online Banking app and Macquarie Authenticator.
Your client’s regstration status for Macquarie Authenticator will appear as one of the following:
- Not installed (grey): Your client has not downloaded Macquarie Authenticator, or they have not yet completed verification via SMS code
- In progress (orange): Your client has downloaded Macquarie Authenticator and completed verification via SMS code but has not yet enabled push notifications or completed the training simulation
- Installed (green): Your client has successfully completed the registration process and can start approving payments.
At the top of the page in the Details tile, you can also view the phone numbers and email address your client has on file.
To receive push notifications, your client will need to enable notifications for Macquarie Authenticator in their device settings.
