How do I access Broker Help Centre?

Broker Help Centre is available 24/7 and is on our public website. This means you don’t need to log in and can simply search from your chosen search engine. Simply go to Macquarie Broker Help Centre home page and save the site as a bookmark to get started. You can access it via the Broker Portal.

Once on Broker Help Centre, you can either:

  • search key terms from the home page, or
  • navigate through the different sections and sub-sections to see a range of topics (e.g. ‘Home loan applications’ then ‘Submitting in ApplyOnline’ for a range of guides on how to submit different application types in ApplyOnline).

Searching in Broker Help Centre

To use the search tool in the Broker Help Centre:

  1. Type in the common term (e.g. ‘uploading documents’ or ‘commissions’ or ‘ordering a valuation’) into the search bar at the top of the page, then Enter
  2. We’ll provide a list of relevant articles and a snippet from each to help you choose the most relevant article
  3. Once selected, you’ll land at the most relevant question on the page, which won’t necessarily be at the top of the page
  4. For more information related to the topic you’re searching, continue to scroll through the entire article.

Once completed, you can go back to the home page to search another item. To do this, select ‘Broker Help Centre’ in the top left-hand corner.
