Getting started

Here is some important information to help get you started:
  • Download the Macquarie Mobile Banking app to access your accounts from your mobile device.

  • Log in to Macquarie Online Banking and/or Macquarie Mobile Banking to view and check your account setup. When you log in for the first time, you'll need your Macquarie ID and your mobile phone handy. You can find your Macquarie ID on your formal approval email and welcome email. You can also obtain your Macquarie ID on Macquarie Online Banking and Macquarie Mobile Banking. To do this, follow these instructions. 

  • Download and set up the Macquarie Authenticator app. With Macquarie Authenticator, you can verify certain transactions and account changes when you’re using online and mobile banking.

  • Review your accounts under the Account Breakdown feature on Macquarie Online Banking and Macquarie Mobile Banking. You can see how to view your home loan structure to review your offset account setup, rate type, repayment type, and your loan purpose.
  • To change the offset linkage or if you notice an offset account isn’t linked to a home loan account, please get in touch with a Macquarie consultant using live chat.

  • Review your repayment amount, method and due date. You can refer to the instructions in the managing your home loan repayment article to view or make changes to your repayment method.
  • Confirm your personal information and contact details. The fast and most secure way to update your address and email is through Macquarie Online Banking or Macquarie Mobile Banking. If you need to update your mobile number, please call us on 1800 007 722 (+61 2 8550 5666).
  • Take advantage of some our great online banking features including PayID, enhanced security and Macquarie Marketplace. With Macquarie Marketplace you have access to discounts of up to 10% on eGift cards to use at more than 50 stores including Woolworths, Myer and Apple.
