Read about important information for EOFY and our continued enhancements.

With 30 June quickly approaching, this is a busy time for all of us, including your clients, so we encourage you to read our EOFY material provided below and visit the ‘EOFY’ category in Adviser Help Centre to help you stay on top of tasks and view common questions.

What's new?

Wrap Tax elections are now open

If you have Wrap investment clients, you have until 7 July to make your tax elections online for 2019/20 tax reports.

Learn more here and watch this tutorial video on how to make elections

Automatic Income Redirection for investment wrap clients is live

You can now elect to elect to automatically redirect your clients’ income from their Investment Wrap cash account to their nominated bank account.

Smarter client and account searching in Adviser Online

You may have noticed some improvements to the main search bar. We’ll keep refining this tool to make finding accounts and clients quick and easy.

Check funds and product availability on the same page via Wrap Online

Previously you’d have to navigate between two pages to be able to view the investment menu and then check which wrap products the funds were available in. You can now view both of these things on the one page.

Visit the Investment Menu page by logging into Wrap Online and selecting ‘Investment Menu’ from the Quick Links dropdown.

Everything you need for EOFY

30 June processing cut offs, tips and more

We want to ensure the run towards 30 June is as smooth as possible for you and your clients.  View EOFY tips, the June processing cut-off dates, and other information to help navigate this time of year.

Keep track of EOFY requests when you submit via Request Centre

Request Centre is a digital tool that allows you to submit and manage requests in a faster, easier, and more secure way via Adviser Online. Log in to the portal today to start using it.

Using our digital banking tools for faster cash withdrawals

Using EFT and BPAY via our digital banking tools

Your clients can transfer money and pay bills any time using Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or BPAY rather than sending us a manual form.

It’s a fast and secure way for your clients to make payments online via Macquarie online banking or the Macquarie Mobile Banking app.

Keep in control with Adviser Initiated Payments (AIP)

If your client prefers you to complete transfers on their behalf from their cash account, you can use AIP.

AIP saves you time and gives you and your client more control when making client instructed cash payments, simplifies the consent process for your client when making transactions and allows you to set up or amend a scheduled or recurring payment.

You can also avoid daily transfer limits via EFT by nominating accounts which allow you and your client to complete online transactions quickly and efficiently.

  • The form signed with the authoriser’s DocuSign® signature;
  •  The certificate of completion issued by DocuSign®; and
  • The request must come from the client’s email address or from an email address that aligns with adviser’s email domain.

A new-look Wrap Cash Transaction Report is coming soon to Adviser Online.
