Faster esi data feeds, with more improvements on the way
We’ve been making incremental changes to esi data feed limits and have seen significant improvements to the speed of client data into third party provider platforms.
We hope you’ve noticed the difference in the speed and experience with downloading data via esi on our platform.

Did you know you can view cash Bulk transaction reports online? We used to send email notifications for cash bulk transacting jobs, however these emails are no longer being sent while changes to your adviser portal are underway.
We’re working towards a more robust notifications centre in future via Adviser Online, and we’ve heard your feedback that these bulk transaction notifications were valuable. While we continue to work on a new notification solution, you can view the status of bulk transaction files on Macquarie Access.
How to find Bulk transaction reports
Simply log in to Adviser Online and select Cash> Bulk Transacting > Complete tab and select the file type you would like to download.
Depending on the processing results, different report types may be available (Full, Errors, File Failed). To learn more, view page 3 of this user guide.
Improved reporting when wrap investment orders are pending online
We’ve recently introduced a number of improvements that relate to how pricing and cost base information is displayed in online reporting for wrap pending settlements. The key focus was responding to your feedback and ensuring what you and your client see online is consistent.
The recent reporting improvements cover a range of areas, such as:
- How term deposit purchases were reported on the total portfolio value, during the day a term deposit order was submitted
- Updates to the pricing logic and what was displayed when securities were in a ‘pending’ state
- Updates to the pricing logic and what was displayed for SMA reporting when SMAs were rebalanced, and more.
Some exciting updates for Wrap account reporting is on the way and we look forward to sharing that with you soon.
