Changes to our cash and cheque services

We’re making some important changes to our cash and cheque services across all our banking products, between January 2024 and November 2024.

From Monday 20 May 2024, you will no longer be able to order a cheque book for any of your Macquarie accounts.

From November 2024, we will stop offering cheque services across all our banking products. For more information regarding the changes we've made to cheque services, including how you can securely make payments digitally and withdraw cash from an ATM if you need it, visit our support page.

Ordering a bank cheque

Bank cheques are available for most Macquarie Transaction, Offset and Savings accounts. To arrange a bank cheque, get in touch with a Macquarie consultant using live chat.

From Friday 1 November 2024, you will no longer be able to order a bank cheque on any of your Macquarie accounts.

Log in to Macquarie Online Banking or the Macquarie Mobile Banking app and chat with a consultant in real time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Sydney time (excluding public holidays).
